Powder Room
The new owner of this house contacted us to remodel a first-floor powder room. She wanted to make the room more modern and bright - the previous owner had opted for dark colors and very dim lighting.
We installed shiplap on the walls and a new vanity, mirror, faucet, lighting, and toilet. We applied customer-provided wallpaper at the top and refinished the floors.

Bathroom
The owners reached out to us looking to transform their upstairs bathroom into something special. Their main request: replace the standard tub with a luxurious heated jet tub for a more spa-like experience.
To maximize their budget, we refinished the existing vanity and mirror rather than replacing them completely. We then upgraded all the key elements—installing a new vanity top with stylish faucets, a modern toilet, contemporary lighting fixtures, and fresh hardware throughout.
Our team handled all aspects of the installation, from setting the new jet tub and heater to completing custom tilework in the shower area, adding a beautiful backsplash around the vanity, and laying new flooring.
The transformation strikes the perfect balance—a functional family bathroom that also delivers that relaxing spa feeling they were looking for. The homeowners now enjoy both practicality for everyday use and luxury for unwinding at day's end.

Study
The owners envisioned transforming their outdated front room into a sophisticated, light-filled study that exuded elegance and functionality.
We delivered this vision by crafting bespoke floor-to-ceiling bookcases spanning the entire 15' wall, creating a stunning focal point and maximizing storage. To enhance the ambiance, we installed elegant sconce lighting and replaced the dated overhead fixture with a statement piece that complemented the room's new character.
The walls were completely reimagined with a combination of classic wainscoting and designer wallpaper, creating visual interest and architectural depth. The tired carpet was removed to make way for premium unfinished hardwood flooring, which we then custom-stained to perfectly match the homeowners' desired aesthetic.
Every element was thoughtfully integrated to create a harmonious space that balances timeless design with modern luxury—a refined sanctuary for work, reading, and relaxation that exceeded the homeowners' expectations.
